Revit 2D Edited Rebar Tag Family

The Edited Rebar Tag is a slight modification to the existing Rebar Tag in Revit. Comments have been added at the end of the tag to assist in identifying the rebar. The Prefix and Suffix have also been adjusted to well fit the rebar description.
