How to Install Dynamo Scripts

1. Open Revit
2. From the Manage Tab > Dynamo
3. From Dynamo click File > Open and choose the dyn. file
4. To Run the script click on the Run button

Free Products

Dynamo Script: Floor Finishes by Rooms

There are situations when you need to create a Floor Finish for a room, which should not be a problem. However, what if you have columns or other elements that are room bounded? you would need to draw around those.

This script will create Floor Types based on the Room boundaries, using the Rooms Floor Finish Parameter Values.  

This Dynamo Script will simultaneously execute multiple tasks:

  • Get All Rooms
  • Get Rooms Floor Finish Parameter Values
  • Match Against Floor Types
  • Use Matched Floor Types to Create Floors.
