Commercial Use
With the purchase of a Commercial Use License, you are authorized to use the product in commercial projects without the need to attribute RD Studio. However, the standard prohibitions on reproduction, distribution, and resale, as detailed in the "Strictly Forbidden" section, remain applicable.

University Multi-User License
The University Multi-User License is tailored for educational institutions, allowing up to 30 users, including students and teachers, to use our products for academic purposes. This license facilitates the use of our products in educational environments, such as classroom learning, academic research, and student projects. Redistribution or commercial use of these products under this license is not allowed.

Strictly Forbidden
You are not allowed to reproduce, distribute, copy or sell the contents of RD Studio at any circumstances. Products can’t be sold without being part of a bigger project or work combining RD Studio digital products with other graphics, modeling or digital elements. Also, you are not allowed to use products from RD Studio in similar or any competing services.

Bathroom Vanities, Sinks and Taps Families for Revit

Includes 25 popular designs of bathroom vanities, bathroom furniture, sinks, washbasins, taps, and faucets Families for Revit, fully parametric. Created with architects and interior designers in mind: all dimension parameters are instance parameters for easy, quick modification. 

Includes the following Revit Families ready to use:

  • Casework Families: 12 Bathroom Vanities Types (7 Families)
  • Plumbing Fixtures Families: 4 Bathroom Washbasins (sinks) Families, and 5 Mixer Taps (Faucets) Families
  • Furniture Families: 4 Medicine Cabinet Families and 5 Bathroom Mirrors 

Instance Parameters:

  • We developed the Bathroom Vanities Families with interior designers in mind: all dimensions are instance parameters to modify the families quickly and easily. 
  • Decor Families are not parametric. 
  • Each sink (washbasin) comes with a pre-built nested tap Family, including 5 different mixer taps. 
  • Please check the Instance Parameters for each family, as shown in the description images, to ensure they fit your needs.  

Technical Specifications:

  • Families are work plane-based for easy placement on walls, floors, and any other surface
  • Families include Material Parameters for each part
  • Families are created using international standards for bathroom casework and plumbing fixtures
